is the usage of large quantities of truffle. Some of the best French art can

a delightful and rare collection of ceramic figurines by Robj, glass works by
Gallé and René Lalique. One eats with cutlery designed by Jean Boggio of Roux
Marquiand, plates created by Régis Dho and carafes signed Art du Vin. Mr
Rostang owns one of the best French wine cellars with a collection of Château
