restaurant Les Muses, in the Scribe Hotel in
Paris.

Michel ROSTANG AN ART OF LIVING
An unusual two stars French restaurant whose owner reflects good French taste at its best. He specialises is the usage of large quantities of truffle. Some of the best French art can be admired in the restaurant which is littered with Caesar and Armand sculptures a delightful and rare collection of ceramic figurines by Robj, glass works by Gallé and René Lalique. One eats with cutlery designed by Jean Boggio of Roux Marquiand, plates created by Régis Dho and carafes signed Art du Vin. Mr Rostang owns one of the best French wine cellars with a collection of Château Latour starting 1873. One does not eat at Michel Rostang, one appreciate an art of living, and then one understands the meaning of beauty, and taste the essence of French creation.
